CLINTON, Iowa--Are you looking for your next best friend?Smiley is a 3 to 4 year old Wire hair terrier. He was found running around outside the shelter in January. He was really scared at first but since he has been in our care he has warmed up a lot and now he loves to have attention. He may take time to adjust to a new home and he would be best with older children in his new home.
