American Red Cross Board of Directors Hosts Open House and Blood Drive | Events
CLINTON, Iowa--Community support, including volunteers and blood donors, is central to the work of the Red Cross in the Clinton area and in communities across the country. The Gateway Area Chapter Board of Directors is encouraging people who have been thinking about getting involved to take the plunge. The Board of Directors is hosting a blood drive and open house for people who would like to learn more about the Red Cross and how to become involved. Additionally, in honor of National Blood Donor Month, the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Gateway Area Chapter of the American Red Cross at 11:00 a.m.
